Each week will serve as an offering with our promise to keep it raw, honest and ALIVE. This sisterhood is growing and Inbodied Truth herself is revealing more of who she is through every woman that arrives at her altar.
Through many colors, cultures and backgrounds the infinite hues of humanity are honored, welcomed and encouraged here. Within Inbodied Truth there is not a one size that fits all. The foundation of our work is LOVE and how that takes shape, form, expression is infinitely unique to the moment and women who resides in it.
Inbodied Truth isn’t a destination or something far away, she is a living garden of remembering within each of us. She is abundant in courage building recalibration, tender healing medicine and experience of sisterhood. We remember as we descend into the body and return to the wisdom of heart and womb. Ever present. Ever alive. Just awaiting our attention.
Whether it is by way of email, social media, in person gatherings, retreats and beyond ~the essence of the Inbodied Truth is this: Your naked raw honest truth matters. It is the ultimate medicine of a life and world long masked up. Your song matters. Your dance matters. Your play matters. Your prayers matter. Your fears matter. Your doubt matters. Your relationship with the earth matters. Your wild matters. Your devotion matters. We need you, YOU, woman, inbodied in a truth that only you can behold.

Every Equinox and every Solstice we gather, in intimate circle at Simone’s ocean front home. Weaving this prayer of sisterhood through connection, ritual and play. As we align, deepen and celebrate Mama Earth’s seasons & cycles we remember we too are nature, a unique inbodied expressions of the mother.
Inbodied Sādhana | weekend immersion

Sādhana îs a Sanskrit word that means devoted spiritual practice. And the lovely possilbity through which, truth, liberation and our innate union with the divine is realized *aka INBODIED.* This is for the woman hungry to up the ante on her personal spiritual practice. In this immersion you will be introduced and invited into energetic practices and ancient chants that further tune the instrument we are to love. A tending to the living altar that we are. This immersion is a pre-requisite for any woman attending our Inbodied Union journey and any future Inbodied retreat~ where we will deepen in these natural ancient ways, together.
