The Pillars of our Ceremony
A Taste of Inbodied Truth
1. HONESTY: You’re invited to come as you are. To lay down the mask, the front, the wonder and worry of how you THINK you have to be arriving in a circle of women and we ask you to arrive exactly as you are. In excitement, nervousness, openness, timidness, lightness and darkness - we welcome you to be in integrity with your truth, whatever it may be in the moment we gather.
2. REVERENCE: You are invited to join us with an attitude of gratitude of the growing love of this sisterhood. Please know, that no matter how many Inbodied events you’ve attended, you are apart of the sisterhood. We ask you to show up as if it was your own home and temple. Because it is, we weave this sacred space together.
3. AVAILABILITY: We invite you to come with a beginners mindset. We deeply honor every woman, every walk of life and the wide spectrum of women called to this space. Let us lay down what we know at the door and arrive to the ceremony in the space of a student; discerning yet wide eyed and bushy tailed, available to what the night may have to offer.
4. LOVE: We invite you before you hop on with us to set your space, set your intention for the night and please include this mantra, “PLEASE LET ME BE LOVE.” Love releases attachment to outcome, releases judgement, love just LOVES and stands for what is true. May we show up in love for ourselves, our sisters and this ceremony we are weaving together.
Simone will guide us through ancient practices to get in touch with the wholeness of ourselves utilizing the gates of Inbodied: Mind, breath, body, Voice and Earth. Each ceremony is guided by the spirit of the Earth made up by women who arrive at this altar.
May our prayers be offered up in service to love and the benefit of all beings everywhere.
